Michaels: Free Mother's Day Workshops

Mother's Day is right around the corner! Here is a great and unexpensive way to create a nice gift for Mommy or Grandma. Michael's will offer kids' workshops all week long starting Saturday, May 2nd through Sunday, May 10. Children can attend any of the workshops for FREE and create 9 different gifts.

On Saturday, May 2nd, children can create a personalized keepsake (as the picture above). Hours are from 10am to 1pm.

Children can design a T-shirt for Mom to wear on Sunday, May 3rd. Hours are from 1pm to 3pm. ***You'll have to bring the T-shirt, but you can use their supplies to decorate it.***

On Monday May 4th from 6pm to 7pm, kids can create a special corsage for Mom.

Using colorful papers, your children can create a very own unique flower bouquet for Mom. This workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, May 5th at 6pm.

What better way to show your love than giving Mom homemade "coupons" she can redeem for chores, nights out or even a massage?
That's the craft for Wednesday May 6th.

Using this cute template, kids can color a memorable card for Mom with their own masterpiece inside on Thursday May 7th.

Kids can decorate a wooden frame picture for mom on Friday May 8th. **You can purchase any wooden frame for $1.**

On Saturday May 9th, you can bring mom and create something together.

On Sunday March 10th, take Mom or Grandma and decorate a cookie you can eat or take with you. This is the final project, hope you enjoyed!

Please note that projects and hours may vary by store. I strongly suggest you call your nearest location.
