Mary Poppins: Buy One Ticket Get One for $20

If you are planning to visit New York this spring, and also thinking about attending a family Broadway show, I would highly recommend to watch Mary Poppins. Not only because it is really an amazing experience, a must-watch, family-friendly show, or because you and your kids will be marveled during and after the show, or because it will leave you humming the "Supercalifragilistic" song for about a week, but now (through April 25) you can score the second ticket for only $20.

You must to buy one full-priced Ochestra or Front Mezzanine ticket, prices range from $161.50 - $121.50, and you get the second ticket of equal value for only $20. Order by April 25 for performances April 11 through July 4, 2010. Purchase at http://www.marypoppins.com/ and use the promocode 20SL to get the promotional price.

A little about the offer:
-Both tickets must be purchased for the same performance
-This offer cannot be combined with any other discount.
-No exchanges or refunds.
-Offer NOT valid for Wednesday Matinees.
-Limit 14 tickets per person per 7 day period.

This offer was published on The Star Ledger newspaper of April 11, 2010.

Madame Tussauds NYC: Yellow is the New Black!

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in NYC is celebrating their newest addition, the SpongeBob SquarePants figure. This is the first animated character to be featured in the very popular wax museum. He joined his custom environment designed to replicate the look, feel, and sounds of Jellyfield Fields. Sounds so much fun!

During the month of July children 12 and under can get FREE admission if the whole family goes dressed in yellow. One free child per every paying adult. Offer is valid until 7/31.

Here's a picture of us taken on December 2005. I can't believe it's been that long since we visited Madame Tussauds! It was a blast!
