Baskin Robbins will have their 31-Cent-Scoop Night tomorrow, April 29, from 5pm to 10pm. Participating stores will offer small ice cream scoops at 31 cents, and some will offer the opportunity to make a donation to local fire charities since this is an offer to honor America's firefighters.
